Wrong role refunds the month.
Nobody has been billed for this record yet, so nothing has been refunded. The number moves as soon as somebody is.
A row that names a firm in a role the order does not give it. If the order employs a firm as an auctioneer and the row says liquidating agent, that is a wrong role and the month is refunded. A firm whose name we spell as the clerk spelled it is not a wrong role; a window we have not finished reading is not a wrong role, and the page says so where it is true.
Reply to any message with the case number and what the order actually says. We check it against the filing, and if you are right the row is corrected, the correction is logged at /ledger/misses with the days we were late, and the month is refunded. You do not have to argue with anybody.
