Condifi

Standard terms

Standard terms — counsel review pending

What you get

A feed. You pick your slice (your states, your sectors); we read SEC EDGAR filings, federal bankruptcy court dockets and state WARN notices on cadence and deliver the newly-filed items that match, as they appear on the record. First delivery lands within three days of arming. Some records are fresh (a filing posts and we read it within days); others lag the event by months, and we tell you which on each feed. That is the whole product: the filed record, read on cadence, delivered to you — never a prediction.

What you pay, and when

Pay on completion. You are not charged when you sign up. You pay only after the first delivery lands — the invoice goes out then, at the one price shown on the page you signed up from. No charge before the product is in your hands.

The price

One flat annual price, shown before you arm the watch. Founding buyers (the first three on a feed) pay the founding price. There are no hidden fees, no per-item charges, no overage.

How your term ends

Your feed runs for the term you paid for. Before it ends, we invite you to continue — nothing renews or charges automatically, and we never keep your card on file. If you want another term, one tap continues it and you pay on completion again, the same as the first time. Do nothing and the feed simply ends when the term does — no charge, no lapse fee.

Your security

Your card is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see it or store it. We hold only what the feed needs to run — your name, email, company, and the slice you chose — and nothing more. Your data is yours alone: protected row by row so no other buyer can ever see it, encrypted in transit (TLS), and never sold or shared.

Your book is yours (the Book Guard)

If you use the Book Guard, the account list you upload — your own book — is sacred. It is siloed to you: stored so no other buyer can ever see it, never shared, never sold, and never mixed into our shared data or used to improve any other product. We watch the public filed record for events on your accounts and alert only you. You can change or clear your book at any time, and clearing it removes it. Your book is yours, full stop.

Cancellation

Cancel any time, for any reason — from your feed page in one tap, or by replying to any delivery. There is no next charge to stop (nothing renews on its own); cancelling just ends the feed, and it runs to the end of the term you have paid for.

Refunds

If a delivery does not land as described, tell us — we park the invoice (you are not charged) while we make it right or release you. We would rather park a charge than argue one. This is a first-dollar product from a small company; we treat a refund request as a signal to fix something, not a fight.

The founding offer

The first three buyers on a feed get the founding price in exchange for two things: a faceless reference — we may say "a California benefits broker uses this daily" with no name, ever — and one warm forward to a peer who would want the feed. That forward is the engine after the founding three; it is how the feed grows without cold outreach. You are never named, and you forward only if you choose to.

Where the data comes from

Our findings are built from SEC EDGAR filings, federal bankruptcy court dockets and state WARN notices. Every figure we deliver is a filed fact on the record. We read it and organize it; we do not create it, estimate it, or characterize anyone. We name no person as a target and scrape no private contact data.

What we do not promise

We deliver the filed record; we do not promise an outcome. A filed date is a filed date — not a prediction of what follows it, and not a promise that anything is winnable. We are a source of timely information, not a guarantee of a sale. The feed is provided as-is; you decide what to do with it.

Regulated subscribers

No outreach to regulated persons. A regulated subscriber is inbound, flat, own-book, cancel-by-reply; Condifi does not contact the names in the book. The class gate refuses every outbound message to a regulated person regardless of this paragraph; the paragraph describes the only shape under which such a subscription could exist at all.

Who may use it

Condifi is a business service for people acting in a business capacity, and access is currently by invitation. You must be at least 18 years old. It is not offered to consumers for personal use, and it is not directed to children.

Access to your account

Access is by emailed sign-in link. There are no passwords to set, store, or lose. Anyone who can read your email can obtain access to your account, so keep that mailbox secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has reached it. Feed pages opened by a private link should be treated the same way: the link is the key.

How you may use what we send you

You may use our deliverables inside your own business, including with your own clients. You may not resell them as a data product, republish them publicly as your own, or use them to build a competing service. The underlying records belong to no one; the compilation, analysis, and presentation are ours.

Acceptable use

Do not use Condifi to harass, intimidate, or discriminate against any person or organization. Do not attempt to identify or target individuals — our products describe organizations, not people. Do not attempt to reach another customer's account, feed, or lists. Do not scrape, resell, or systematically extract the service.

Ending the relationship

You may stop at any time — a feed can be paused or cancelled from your own feed page without asking us. We may end access if these terms are broken, if payment for delivered work is not made, or if we retire a product. If we retire something you are paying for, you will not be charged for what was not delivered.

Not advice

Nothing Condifi delivers is legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. It is background for your own judgment, and the decisions you make remain yours. Records contain errors, arrive late, and are sometimes amended; we describe what has been filed, and everything is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conduit Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email. Continuing to use Condifi after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. The contracting entity is Conduit Ventures LLC.

Contact

Questions, cancellations, or a delivery that missed — reply to any delivery, or reach us at the address on your invoice, or write to legal@condifi.ai. A person reads it.

These are our plain standard terms, written to be read, not to hide. They are pending review by counsel; when that review completes this label comes off. Nothing here waits on it — the terms mean what they say today.
