Where our findings come from, what they do not mean, and what happens when we are wrong. Entity-level public records only. We hold no information about any individual.
Nothing we publish is an estimate, a characterisation, or a guess. Every figure on a Condifi surface links to the record it was read from, so any number can be checked against its own source rather than taken on trust. Where a figure is inferred rather than filed, it says so on its face.
No part of what we publish is written by a language model. The words and the numbers in a finding are assembled by ordinary software from records that already existed, which is why every line can be traced. We do not use anything you give us to train a model, and we never have.
Where we order or grade anything, the ordering comes from written, repeatable rules applied the same way every time — never from an opinion, and never from a model's judgment. The same inputs always produce the same result, and we will show you the rule behind any position.
A person reads and approves anything before it is sent to anyone. Nothing reaches a stranger unseen, and nothing is delivered on a schedule that outruns somebody looking at it first.
Entity-level public records only. We hold no information about any individual. Where a record names a person, we do not carry that name into anything we publish, and we hold nothing about any individual affected by anything we report.
A record is not a verdict. Many filings are legal requirements that say nothing about how a business is doing, and two different records can mean genuinely different things. Every row is labelled with the record it came from, precisely so that one is never read as another.
Records are matched between sources, and a match can be wrong — two similarly-named organisations are the case we watch hardest. We do not hide that this is the weakest joint in any finding, and it is exactly why every row ships with its sources attached: you are never asked to trust the match, only to check it.
Tell us which row and you get the source record back, or the correction. Not an argument. If we cannot produce the record behind a claim, we withdraw the claim rather than defend it.
Findings are rebuilt every morning. Anything we publish can be stale, and where a figure could be, we say how old it is rather than presenting it as today's.
Written to be read, not to hide. Pending review by counsel; when that completes this label comes off. Nothing here waits on it — this means what it says today. Last updated 23 August 2026.
