How fresh the record is

Every public source we hold, the measured gap between its freshest filing and when we last read it, and every row we walked away from. Nothing here is for sale.

Lag is measured, never estimated: the hours between the freshest filing a source holds and the moment it was last read.

What we walked away from

Counts only — no names on this page. Of 32 rows on the ledger, 11 were walked and 2 remain candidates. A row walks when its buyers’ own pages do not name the trigger we sell, or when the field cannot be read, or when someone already gives the same row away.

all three tests on one key, 60 days: 0 of 138 · two of three: 5

Where we were wrong, we say so: what the ledger got wrong. What the filings actually contain, counted rather than estimated: the national page. Neither sells anything either.

If we get it wrong

THE REFUND RULE — v1.1, frozen 2026-09-19 (Day 130, #133 F2)

We look back 90 days. You give us the legal name as you type it, plus a CIK or an EIN if you have
one. A match means the exact legal name, or the exact CIK — nothing else counts, because a
near-miss is a different company and you would act on it. If you think we missed a filing, send us
the filing's URL; the operator reads it and decides, and the decision is his alone to make. If we
were wrong, you get that check back, or that month's seat back.

Four things are not refundable, and they are listed here rather than buried. A trade name on its
own, when the filing carries a different legal name. Anything posted after the hour stamped on your
answer — that stamp is the contract, and filings posted later are not that check. A river we do not
claim to read. And a WARN state we mark uncovered: uncovered is not clean, it means we do not look
there, and the page says which states those are before you pay for anything.

And four things added in v1.1, because they came up before anyone paid rather than after.

A person-looking name that got past the door VOIDS that row. We do not check people. If one slips
through the screen you are not charged for it and there is nothing to refund, because the row is
struck rather than answered.

The same legal name billed twice in one week is ONE refund. You pay once for a name in a week; if
our rail charges you twice, the second one comes back without you asking.

A sentence we quote that is not on the filing page we cited is that check REFUNDED. Ask for it by
the accession — "wrong 0001234567-26-000123" is the whole message we need. If our quote is not in
the document, the check is wrong whatever else the row got right.

And the rail itself: it opens only when both config/ein-on-file.json and config/collector-on-file.json
are true. Until then it is DARK and cannot take a dollar from anyone, including by mistake.

This paragraph lives in one file and is rendered, never retyped. Changing it means writing a new version beside it, so the promise anyone bought under stays readable.

Every number on this page carries what it is out of. We publish no percentage on fewer than 10 rows — under that, a share reads like a finding and is noise, so the fraction stands instead.
