Product analytics
We use PostHog for privacy-conservative product analytics — understanding which surfaces are used so we can improve them. Capture is explicit and allowlist-only: no personally identifiable information is captured (no names, emails, phone numbers, or client content), autocapture and session recording are disabled, and identifiers are opaque account ids only. Client data never enters analytics.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles card data directly. We retain only a Stripe customer reference and your subscription tier and status. Manage or cancel your subscription any time through the Stripe customer portal from your account.
