Condifi LLC (“Conduit,” “we,” “us”) operates an AI-powered expert intelligence platform (the “Platform”) that enables domain experts (“Operators”) to build personalized AI agents that serve their end users (“Users”). Products on the Platform include Maestra, CampFinder, and other verticals developed under the Condifi platform.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence, including models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI, to generate personalized outputs based on user-provided intake data, feedback signals, and expert knowledge. All generated content is produced by AI and should be reviewed by the User before implementation.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Operator accounts require approval by Condifi. Operator eligibility is determined at Conduit’s sole discretion.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You will not:
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Platform, including intake answers, voice recordings, feedback signals, and uploaded documents. You grant Conduit a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and generating personalized outputs for you.
Generated Content: Content generated by the Platform is provided to you for your use. You may use, modify, print, distribute, and share generated content for your professional purposes. Conduit retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Platform.
Expert Knowledge: Operators retain ownership of their domain expertise. Conduit does not claim ownership of operator intake answers, voice recordings, or system prompts. Operator knowledge is used solely within the operator’s vertical and is never shared across verticals without explicit consent.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on the applicable product pricing page. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or at Conduit’s discretion.
Free trial periods, if offered, are limited to the number of generations specified at signup. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Operator Revenue Share: Operators earn a percentage of gross subscription revenue from their vertical as specified in their Platform Operator Agreement. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.
All content generated by the Platform is produced by artificial intelligence and is intended as a starting point, not a final product. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all generated content before use. Conduit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any generated output.
For educational products (including Maestra): generated lesson plans, vocabulary materials, and parent communications should be reviewed by a qualified educator before classroom use.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@condifi.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Conduit may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Condifi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Conduit in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
